Who these terms are with

This website is published by Rubix Networks Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore, registered office 138 Cecil St, #09-02 Cecil Court, Singapore. By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What this website is

This site describes the Rubix protocol, the projects built on it, and the company behind it. It is published for information. It is not a prospectus, an offering document, a solicitation, or a recommendation to acquire anything.

No investment advice

Nothing on this website is investment, financial, legal, tax or accounting advice, and nothing here should be relied on when making a financial decision. RBT is described on this site as the native utility token of the Rubix network, used for transacting, for pledging by validators and for participation in the network economy. Descriptions of token supply, mining, validation or network economics are technical descriptions of protocol design, not a promise of value, return or future performance.

Distributed ledger technologies and digital assets carry risk, including the risk of total loss. Take your own professional advice before acting.

Figures shown on this site

Network figures presented on this site, including transaction counts, identity counts, validator counts and availability, are demonstration values unless the page states otherwise. They are illustrative of what the network reports and should not be relied on as audited or contractually guaranteed metrics. Where a page says a data contract has not yet been approved, that statement is accurate and the figures beside it are placeholders.

Forward-looking statements

Some material on this site describes intended or planned capabilities. Plans change. Nothing here is a commitment that any particular feature, timeline or outcome will be delivered.

Intellectual property

The content, design, text, graphics and layout of this website are owned by Rubix Networks Pte Ltd or used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property law. You may read, quote and link to this site with attribution. You may not present our material as your own, or use our name, wordmark or logo to imply endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.

Third-party names, wordmarks and logos shown on this site, including those of ecosystem projects, belong to their respective owners and are shown to identify those projects. Rubix software released under an open-source licence is governed by that licence, not by these terms.

Links to other services

This site links to services we do not control, including the Rubix Explorer, Xell Wallet, code repositories, and the websites of ecosystem projects. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security or practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site unlawfully, do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system connected to it, and do not interfere with its operation or with anyone else's use of it. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please report it to info@rubix.net rather than disclosing it publicly, and give us a reasonable opportunity to address it.

Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee either. The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, this website or its content, including indirect or consequential loss and loss of profit, revenue or opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies.
