Job Title: Fintech Blockchain Engineer

We are seeking a Fintech Blockchain Engineer to lead the development of secure, scalable and compliant Web3-based financial products. You will work on tokenization frameworks, decentralized finance (DeFi) integrations, digital identity for KYC/AML and real-time transaction systems. The ideal candidate has experience in both traditional finance and decentralized infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect and build tokenized financial instruments, such as stablecoins, real world assets (RWA)
2. Develop and integrate smart contracts for DeFi applications: lending, pledging, liquidity and on-chain settlements
3. Build APIs, SDKs, and Web3 interfaces that integrate with wallets, custodians and off-chain banking rails
4. Experience configuring CI/CD systems

Qualifications

1. 3+ years of engineering experience with at least 2 years in blockchain or Web3 fintech
2. Familiar with DeFi protocols
3. Experience in Rust , Go , WASM
